BIO
Terry has been with BOB Architecture since 1996 and has over 25 years of professional experience including an integral knowledge of construction methods. Responsibilities include design and concept for all projects in association with Bob Steele, marketing, graphic design, and project management.
Terry arrived in Richmond following a two and a half year stay in Japan where he constructed a wood frame office building and worked with Toshiro Ikegami at Urban Guass Architecture in a variety of cityscape, office and residential projects, most notably, the Higashi-Matchi Do-Matchi building, a winning competition design for a new office and apartment building, which had been devastated by the Kobe earthquake. Prior to working in Japan, Terry was with Hugh Newell Jacobsen Architects in Washington, D.C., where he was part of a project team that worked on projects throughout the United States and Europe.
